FAQ

  • Why do you not recommend any providers/products?

It is important to us that our learners have a safe space to explore topics, free from commercial advertising. As a provider we focus on education in a generic way. By NOT recommending any providers we maintain the independence on which Red Star Education was founded.

  • Do I need to complete the course/lessons in one go?

Absolutely not, you can log in and out and pick up where you left off as often as you need to.

  • What if I have specific questions?

You are welcome to contact us by email, via our social media or why not engage with your fellow learners by using the chat rooms within the site.

  • Will I receive marketing emails?

Unless you agree to this, the answer is NO. We are not about selling any services or products beyond providing support to students so simply put, we will not be bombarding you with spam.

  • How do I know the information I learn is correct?

We carry out a LOT of checks before including any information in our course/lessons to ensure it is correct and up to date. Our Director Kristen is a practising IFA (independent financial adviser) directly authorised by the FCA so we are confident that information is accurate at the time. We will strive to always update parts of course as things change, like tax rates for example. We have engaged with other professionals like solicitors and accountants to make the content the best it can be.

  • I am struggling to log in, what should I do?

Contact Lydia in the office and she will assist you. That is telephone 01253 486346 or email [email protected]

  • How many students can I enrol?

As many as you like - the system is capable of supporting thousands of learners - the more the merrier.

  • Can I check on my students progress?

Yes you can, and they will be able to download certificates at the end of the course too.

  • Does Red Star Education offer face to face workshops?

Yes we do but these are bespoke packages. If you would like to discuss more please contact Nick Cunliffe by email [email protected]
